HLB ********** 89 SR ********** 307 You guys must be the worst company to do business with. After trying to report an incident twice and holding on for more than an hour I went to Hello Peter. Some woman send me a mail and said she tried to contact me. The number she tried is not mine so I am not too sure where she got it from. I emailed her back; TWICE, with the correct number and she never bothered to call back. I then phoned again on Tuesday and got helped after 30 minutes. I got a case number H ********** 764. It is now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone. I dialled the number provided with the sms and after it got answered I realised it is the normal number and I do not have another hour to hold on to find out what is happening. Can someone please let me know when I can expect someone to contact me, or provide me with the number of the person who is handling this.
