You can't get old with Standard Bank insurance

I requested a quote from Standard bank insurance ((Direct Liberty) who I have had a policy with for many years. All I wanted was to up the life policy from 1.5 million to 1.7 million and t was declined. Now they know very well you cannot cancel the policy and move it to anotger company because you have paid the money for many years and if you cancel the policy you lose the money . It was declined because I am on pension iThe lady who helped me politely told me she has changed my details that I am on pension and the new policy with the new details that I am on pension will be emailed to me. And that was that. So you are not allowed to get old even though you can pay for the extra cover on the policy. Shame on you standard bank. You don't treat the elderly well.
