WORST SERVIEC EVER!!!!!
This is the worst serves i have ever received. i am insured with them only to find out that I'am paying but don't have any peace of mind. a simple clam has turned in to a fight and they are going out of there way not to pay out. i have asked for recordings to find out what the consultant discussed with me but i have been waiting for 2 months for an answer still nothing. then i tried to cancel the serves on the 8 of September even send a mail and asked for a refund as im not getting the serves im paying for, i got one mail back from Thandeka saying that the matter was being attended to. im sending a mail every day to follow up but NO REPLY!!!!!!!! if you are thinking of joining Stanardbank insurers STOP and rethink there are thousands of other company's to look at, do not get stuck with the worst service in the WORLD!!!
if there is any one out there looking for insurance and you are reading this, please do your self a favor do not even think of going with standerdbank. if there is any one at stabderdbank even reading this im going move my account all my insurance well all my business to someone ells an i will make a point of telling every person at my company all 600 employees to move away from Standardbank ASAP not to mention i will make sure that all 10000 of my customers know that this is the service you can expect
