Worst service, Zero customer service, Zero customer satisfaction aF

This is the third day me visiting standard Bank to change banking details for my funeral policies. I arrived at the branch @10:13am now it's 11:59am still at the branch this is the same reason I stopped banking with them. Zero customer service I wouldn't recommend standard Bank even if It was the only bank operating in the world.

I am leaving now still no one attempted to assist me...
