worst service provider and service from Moeketsi, Pontsho P and Sphiweokuhle Mavuso

standard bank is useless , they are the biggest ***** ever and they are the most *********** , claim handler Mavuso, Siphiweokuhle S , is the most useless , he never ever responds or follows up at all , my claim has been from October till now nothing and there is so much more damage than before , they find ways to reject every claim , even they management has no values or work ethics Moeketsi, Pontsho P , they tell you the claim was rejected must contact complaints , they say they need the letter , still no letter of rejection only , bad attitude on the phone. I will be taking action against std bank for further damage due to them neglecting the client.
