Worst service , no feedback

The service is really not up to standard .

i have been phoning in a few times , holding on each call for 20 minutes until and hour , no one is picking up. Emailing them each time no one replies!!!!

i have 3 claims with them but no luck.

this is really the worst service ever , you pay a monthly fee but get no assistance .

really pathetic !!!!!!
