WORST SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK TRUST! NO EMPATHY! Rating should be ZERO!

Worst service ever from the consultant Chicco Mtshali in HYDE PARK, it’s the lack of empathy especially because he knew our situation! My mother passed away in 2015!!! BUT TILL DATE WE ATE STILL RESOLVING THIS CASE! I’ve been calling TIRELESSLY with no luck, No response and attending multiple meetings with no resolution, THE ONLY PROGRESSION EVER MADE WERE OF MY EFFORTS!, I would never recommend Standard trust to handle your Late estate! It’s absolutely appealing how they treat their customers because in the end, Myself and my younger brother are left traumatized and in desperate need to resolve this. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!
