WORST SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

The worst service I have received from Standard Bank Insurance. Claimed on my house holders policy for a leaking solar geyser. Weekend now and not a word or sms or email from the Standard Bank Insurance. I have had no water for a week now.Fine service one received from a large company who I have been loyal to for over 35 years with banking,bond, and insurance I have had to call at my expense over 10 times with no results nothing. In this heat with no water is no joke, however this does not concern the corporate,not even a sms.
