Worst service

I experienced the worst service ever. I was ****** lost all my valuables. I went to branch for replacement card that took me longer than an hour. Then I was put on phone to order my replacement check card. I was on call with a consultant which took longer than an hour and could still not assist. He promised to call me back. after waiting a full day, he did still not get back to me. I called the call center and then I was told the agent who did my ordering off card was not authorized and I should go through the authentication which is questions I cannot answer without an app. The worst service ever
