WORST SERVICE EVER!! STANDARD BANK INSURANCE IS THE WORST INSURANCE TO HAVE.
If I could give a zero rating I would. We called on the weekend, 27 July, out Geyser is not working. The issue was logged early in the morning. We were promised someone will get in touch with us to assess within the hour. We called again at 1pm as no one contacted us by then. We were promised again that the plumber would contact us and still nothing by 8pm. So 9am monday the 28th I called again, I was promised that I would be contacted, but now it is 1pm and still no contact. STANDARD BANK INSURANCE IS THE WORST!!!. Will be cancelling for sure. What have we been paying for????

28 Jul 2025, 13:09Hi the handler for our claim is Sinenhlanhla Ndlovu and she does not answer or return calls. I called the toll free line this morning and spoke to Tshimo, he said he will call me back as soon as he is able to secure someone to come out to us and I have not heard back from him since then. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service!
