Worst service ever received!!!!!!

After a period of 6 weeks Standard bank insurance brokers have still not finalized my claim. A request for further information from me was furnished immediately on the 12th of February and still the claim has not been completed. no reply on email! no telephonic reply as promised. I have stopped payment and will see how quick they respond now when they need a payment.
