Worst service ever on claim

Worst service ever. Telling me one thing on the phone then after struggling for 3 days they send an email declining the initial outcome and changing ot to something else stating they have the right to change it. Phoned them again but was informed they will phone me but no one returns the call. I requested for the voice recordings of our calls but also not receiving feedback. Will never recommend them to anyone
