I would like to raise a concern regarding the cancellation of my vehicle insurance policy. I contacted your consultant, Thabo, yesterday to cancel my policy. He informed me that I would receive the cancellation letter on the same day. When I experienced difficulty reaching the cancellations department, I emailed the previous consultant, Wenzile Ndlovu, who had assisted me before, requesting that he help escalate the matter or transfer my call. However, I did not receive any response, and the cancellation letter has still not been sent. This lack of follow‑up and assistance has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that you urgently send me the cancellation letter as promised and confirm that my policy is successfully cancelled. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
