WORST SERVICE EVER FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE.

I am a private banking client with Standard Bank insurance. I have received the worst possible service at every step of the way. I had to take multiple steps in order to solve problems on my own. Call centre agents cannot assist. Complaints department cannot assist. Seems as though nobody can do their job.
