Worst service ever from Standard Bank insurance

I sent an email to cancel my home loan insurance on the 19th of May 2021, and the then after following up because of inefficient service from Standard bank then received a response, your insurance has been cancelled. Month end start bank insurance then try to debit me. On the 9 of June 2021 I receive an email from a Lucky , stating they had not cancelled the insurance, on the 10 of June another email from another consultant giving conditions of conditions they want on my new Momentum insurance . Then silence, Standard bank your product is expensive and your service sucks fix it or just be a bank. Your service is the worst in the industry and your premiums very expensive.
