WORST SERVICE EVER FROM STANDARD BANK

Literally had the worst customer service of my life. DONT GET A HOME LOAN FROM STANDARD BANK AND SERIOUSLY DONT BOTHER INSURING THROUGH THEM I logged a claim because my boundary wall collapsed and they came out quite promptly, it took me almost two weeks of emailing, calling, wasting airtime and logging complaints to eventually get through to someone for them to tell me they are not paying out. If you arent paying out then why cant you just call me and tell me that????
