Worst service ever.

Standard geyser and ceiling damage claim has been ongoing for over a month. Empty promises that they will phone me back when in fact they never do. If you ask to speak to a manager then there is never a manager available. On numerous occasions they advised that their systems are offline and I should send an email, however only automated mails are ever received.

Never before in my life have I experienced such terrible service. Customer service is obviously not a priority to them.
