Worst service ever

I'm disgusted with this departments service, I'm sitting without a sink for 5 months now because of them and the manner in which they are trying to solve this is disgusting. Apparently my claim is not valid, but who in heavens name said someone at standard bank insurance can tell carpenters to have my stuff removed, now when it's time for it to be replaced it's a huge issue yet I'm a PAYING client. This is without mentioning all the other problems I have with this department mxm.
