worst service ever!!

I just cancelled my insurance with you guys because i firstly struggled to reach you after my car go stuck in the middle of the road. you guys answered my call after over 30mins of holding. the lady assured me she would be sending someone to tow my car, one hour passed and no1 came. had to call a friend to come and tow me off the road and i had to pay them for that.. your service sucks big time and im done with you guys
