Worst service ever

Again no feedback. Submitted claim on 29/3 already. Documents submitted on 4/3. NO FEEDBAC****! Just get an email and then never again feedback. So so so frustrating. Will really not recommend Standard bank for insurance. Just want an update and sort the claim out.
