Worst service ever

The absolute worse service ever. The staff in Butterworth branch not willing to answer questions but point you to a phone so you can call the call centre. Call centre agent rude and has the guts to say "this will affect everyone" and drop the phone. No resolution or options given. No response to email to customer care. No response to online form for both complain and the request for call back. Basically after over 10 years of paying premium no customer service at all.
