WORST SERVICE EVER!

<p>I have insurance with Standard Bank and have been a well paying customer since inception of the policy to date. I was unfortunately involved in an accident on fri 2016/10/14 at 6:55am on my way to work. I immediately called the insurance on the scene for my vehicle to be towed and i was told that i have to wait until 8AM FOR THE OFFICE TO OPEN!!! So i had to wait at the scene an obstruct traffic until the ****** decide to assist. I logged a claim with them on that very day of my accident and 7 DAYS LATER THE CLAIM HAS STILL NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO due to some ******* of SA Underwritters not loading the policy somewhere on their system. I call day in day out making a follow up with different agents, all giving an excuse as to why they have not attended to the query. i am now without a vehicle and so frustrated. I regret the day i chose their insurance and would never EVER refer them to anyone!</p>
