Worst service ever

<p>Lodged a claim on the 4th of august 2016...its now the 9th of September ...every time i call i get the same story.....still awaiting feedback. No one ever returns promised calls. No one seems to know what they are doing at the call centre. Very frustrating!!!!!!</p>
