worst service ever

If I could give a Zero, it would still be to much. They do not have a direct contact line. When you get through they do not even provide an option of the type of claim that needs to be submitted. The claim was submitted in March 2022, when they only contacted us on 23 November 2022., after we have emailed them to follow up on several occasions. Please do not consider this broker as it has been one battle after the next. And to date on 7 December 2022 no payment have been made.
