Worst service ever

Shocking, non-existant service. We submitted a claim to Standard Bank Insurance Brokers on 2 January. They quite quickly sent an assessor to come and review the claim, and they agreed to make a payment. However, since then, we have not had any response from them. They do not respond to our e-mail requests, and they do not answer their phones. I do not know how to get hold of them to finalise my claim.
