Worst service ever!!!

I am disgusted by the service I am getting from Standard bank. I took out a vehicle insurance with them and they have not deducted my 1st premium which was supposed to go off yesterday.

I called them this morning, for 20min their agents kept transferring me from one department to another. No ones knows which division I am insured with.

If this is the service I am getting as a new client, what will happen when I want to claim? I am now sitting with a car that is not insured. ?

Please cancel the policy, I will go where I am valued. ?
