WORST SERVICE ECER AFTER THEY GET THEIR EXCESS FEE

Hi When your assessor came out he seen that my fence was still working. All they had to do was tighten the poles and the lines.

I was told to switch off the fence by the keypad to let them work.

Jacob sent 2 young guys to work on the fence, when they were done they asked me to switch it on and the alarm started going off

Thereafter they went to fiddle and do whatever on the energizer. They could not fix it so they called Jacob who was busy with them until 10 pm that evening.

A few days after, the alarm kept going off to a point where I needed to switch it off.

Now I am being told that I have a non-compliant energizer that is not working

MY POINT IS THAT THE FENCE WAS WORKING UNTIL THOSE 2 BOYS WORKED ON IT

AS I MENTIONED THE COMPLIANCE WAS DONE WHEN I RE-FINANCED THE HOUSE. I DO NOT HAVE THIS ANYMORE AS IT WAS ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. IT WAS SENT TO STD BANK SO THEY SHOULD HAVE IT

BUT THIS FENCE WAS ALWAYS WORKING UNTIL YOU SENT THIS COOMPANY TO MY PROPERTY

RIGHT NOW THIS IS A SECURITY RISK FOR ME AND I HAVE BEEN PHONING THE WHOLE DAMN DAY AND STILL NO FEEDBACK

PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK AS STD BANK IS NOT GOING TO PAY SHOULD THEY BREAK INTO MY HOUSE !!!!!

I spoke with Matshiso and Marcia or Marca and I am tired of calling in and re-explaining only to be put on hold for 20 minutes at time and be told nothing

Std bank knows how to deduct the insurance premium and we forced to have insurance with a bond

And these companies know how to collect the Excess

If this is not resolved I want my excess money back !!!

My house is at a risk now with the fence off and STD bank does not even call with any update

THIS FENCE WAS WORKING FOR YEARS UNTIL THIS COMPANY WORKED ON IT. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TIGTEN THE POLE AND THE LINES!!!
