WORST SERVICE

Really bad service, logged claim 24 november, they sent someone out following day. Next day advised outcome, said can finalize claim, since then still no claim has been finalized, call in every day and get promised a call back from that agent and that they are going to finalize the claim and sort it out and call me back. Another day goes by different person same promise, but nothing happens. Asked to speak to manager, agent keeps me on hold for longer than 5mins, eventually put down as was getting no one. Sent countless emails, no reply, countless call back requests no call backs received. I must say this is the WORST SERVICE I have ever received.
