Worst service

Worst service ever. I have send so many emails with proof of my own insurance so they can remove their insurance from my statement. The have put insurance on my vechile without my permission and now I am in arrears. After 2 months of wasting my time, energy and money on phone calls and emails the problem is still not sorted out.
