Worst service

They apparently emailed me on my old email adres, the bank has got my new email so ewhen I didn't reply on the old email they deducted money of my account assuming I don't have insurance, I send them proof of my insurance and they said they will refund my money, I've send numerous emails asking for my refund but they haven't rep**** to one of my mails, they are quick to admit they made a mistake sending the mail to my old email but still I haven't received my money,
