Worst Service

1 Year later and my insurance is still not cancelled. I have emailed, phoned and everything, yet nothing. Everyone at customer service is useless. They owe me 7 months insurance premiums. Worst service I have ever experienced. This is why I am "trying" to cancel the insurance with them.
