worst service

my house was flooded in January , my cupboards was damaged, my beds was damaged the walls and doors fridge stove and washing machine was damaged. they sent a carpenter who they paid directly but only did the bottom cupboards in my kitchen and my room cupboard. they replaced my stove, but not my washing machine beds and fridge. the walls and doors are also not sorted and i had made numerous call but still waiting for feedback. i have been a loyal client to standard bank for more than 40years and this is totally not on.
