Worst service

Because of the PATHETIC service from standard Bank Insurance I have taken out an alternative building insurance for my house. I called Standard Bank Insurance to cancel my existing policy with them and wasa asked to send an email to ***. It's now three days and still no response. This is precisely the kind of terrible service that has led me to cancel my policy with them. Can someone PLEASE respond to my email. I am not willing you have my account debited at the end of November when I have given sufficient notice.
