Worst service

So on the 15/12/2017, I got a technical problem with my vehicle and my car just wouldnt start I tried calling the road side assistant at 17:58 which is part of the insurance and struggled for more than an hour to get hold of them. Seriously I got frustrated as my battery was also flat and no could help me as the insurance dont care less about their clients. Eventually they answered at 19:40 when I had to dail the emergency options as no one answered at the technical option. And I was transferred to the technical option anf waited as well for them to answer. So eventually at 20:20 they came to the area where I was stuck after 2 hours, the guy assisted me from the company called sash towing and recovery another poor service as while he assist by loading the car and the truck then ran out of diesel waited another 20mins for him. How can you go assist clients with less than a half a tank? So after all that I only got home after 21:00 which is after 3 hours of struggling with this insurance. You disgust me as your sevice are pathetic and dont care about your clients its a clear picture after what happened on the 15/12/2017.
