worst service

<p>i have been trying to get hold of standard bank funeral cover call centre for a weeks now, the only thing that you hear form thier phone is the terrible music that the play and the voice that keeps on saying we are experiencing high calls volumes. i dont get why are they not answering thiers phone . i changed the banking details and have been trying to get hold of them because they havent been deducting the contributions, The cover will relapse anytime. PLEASE HELP.</p>
