Worst possible insurance company.

The worst possible insurance company to do business with. The staff is completely unprofessional, unhelpful, lack a sense of urgency. Unfortunately the same qualities are displayed by management. I suffered a storm damage loss in March and submitted a claim. To date the claim has not been paid out. An assessor came to see me months ago and approve the claim for the damages. Since then it is purely administrative delays caused by incompetency.
