Worst Possible Customer Service Ever

Although my claim was accepted nothing has happened for about 3 months. This was a theft claim where all the metal pipes were ******, all the taps inside and outside were ******, bathroom basins were destroyed in getting the taps out. There is still no running water in the house. How can you guys call this customer service? I took comprehensive insurance for a reason and been paying like clockwork and this is the type of service delivery my and my family gets. The next time you hear from me will be a letter of demand from our lawyer stating all the costs we had to accrue because of this delay in service delivery.
