WORST INSURER EVER.......

<p>I submitted a claim on the 13.12.2016 for storm damages we suffered on the 12th Dec 2016 , the assessor was at my house on 13.12.2016 to do an assesment and up to this stage nothing has been done. I contantanty has to call the insurance to find out about the report from the assessor. I spoke to 6 consultants already incl. Siyamo & Thabo who still give me the same story that the others did "we wating for the report from the assessor" According to my knowledge the assessor has 48hours to load the report, and it's not my duty to call around for a report. The wall is down due to the storm, so there is access to my yard, i already suffed a loss, my car was broken into with damages over R30 000.00 . Maybe Standard bank will catch a wake-up if they break into my house and harm my family....</p>
