Worst insurer ever 22/166180

Going on two weeks without a resolution. My gate was stole i comp**** with all their request reported got a case number submitted same day. My place is still currently staying wide open for anyone to walk in. I requested a security guard service which was immediately ignored no explanation. We could be hijacked at any moment coming back home or going out. I've been paying premiums of R600 plus over the last 10 years and the day i need to claim a R 15 000.00 gate I have to struggle like this. This is the worst claim I've ever had to endure with additional stress and anxiety of not feeling safe in my own home.
