WORST INSURER and SERVICE

I highly recommend changing your insurance company if you are using Standard Bank. I have been insured with them for 4 years and this is my first claim. My garage was broken into over a week ago and the feet dragging is out of this world. I am sitting with an unsecured property and every time i call, it's a.. 'we'll get back to you' response. It feels like they honestly just take your money and don't give a damn. They are more expensive than any other insurer out there. Very disappointed, I am cancelling this insurance with immediate effect.
