Worst insurance with lack of customer care

I have the worst experience with this insurance for my car, I have been trying to contact them to declare some changes for my insurance with no joy whatsoever, until I decided to cancel and take another one because it was clear that if they can’t assist for just changes, what will happen in times of need? They went on & debit my account despite me cancelling the insurance and now I have to pay for 2 insurance companies for one month.

I want them to reverse the amount they debited in my account this month urgently.
