Worst insurance to get
Met with an accident on my VW Touareg. The premium I pay is R900 a month full comprehensive cover.
Car had an accident and was towed to a panel shop that they asked me to. The car was there for 3 months. No work done. They then asked me.to pick my car from the panel store and move it to another panel shop on their list. Which I did. The panelshop was the worst. Shoddy work. 1 headlight was replaced and the other repaired. My car is 2 tone now due to poor paint mixing. The bumper partially repaired. Apparently because SBIB only approved a small amount. This is a terrible insurance to be with and I realised it 10 years to late
