Worst Insurance, stay away

New home - My stove was working fine until it was either damaged by recent power surges OR recent storms. Standard bank WON'T replace as per the Electricians report, they will rather hide behind the fact that surges are excluded from the policy when it could in fact have been damage due to a storm... WORSTE even is that they don't have the decency to let me know neither they respond to my e-mails
