Worst Insurance- Standard bank

Standard bank insurance is the worst. It’s been 3 months since I logged my claim and still they aren’t interested in sorting out my claim. I logged my claim on the 27th of December and have not been able to use my vehicle since I follow up with them regularly and every time I’m told that I’ll have an update within 24 hours, but the update never comes
