Worst Insurance Provider Ever

I don’t even want to give them 1 star. What service? Zero service! Do not get building insurance with Standard bank or any insurance they offer. We made the mistake of switching providers and boy oh boy did we have to pay for it. We had no hot water due to faulty geyser and phoned on the Saturday. We were told a plumber would come out at 12. It’s Monday afternoon and they haven’t phoned, emailed or sent anyone. We got our own plumber in to do repairs. I tried to phone their claims department and was passed around 3 times wasting another R80 in airtime without any help.
