WORST INSURANCE I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH!!!!

After many issues last year regarding documents submitted but never received l decided to cancel my policy after a nearly 50% hike on the December anniversary. I phoned mid way through January and was told my policy would be cancelled at the end of January with no further debits. No surprise today l was debited again! This company is beyond ***********!!!!
