Worst Insurance ever!
Worst Insurance ever.
Dont answer their phones, dont answer emails. Claims take forever to be sorted out. Have two claims - broken oven and burst water pipe... Nothing is happening even the contractors say they really struggle to get hold of anybody to get answers.
Cant wait to be rid of them!

05 Apr 2022, 10:13Its the 5th of April and neither claims have been sorted out.
Our claim for our oven is with the ombudsman and they are awaiting your response.
Our claim for burst water pipe and damges is pending a report. The loss adjuster was here almost a week ago. Empty promises is all we get.
Have plave your company on notice to cancel and will make sure nobody I know uses your insurance.
The stress is not worth it.
