Worst insurance ever.

Standard bank insurance underwritten by Hollard is just a ****. I've been stuck on the road since 08:00 am and their their emergency assistance number goes through and once you say hello they hang up. It's the second time I try to contact their emergency assist number and this happens and mind you From 08:00 am till 15:00 after calling non stop and running out of airtime countless times in an effort to get help. I finally called innovation road assist at 15:00 and they helped me get hold of Hollard and they promised to send someone over. 16:00 I'm still on the side of the road waiting for help. Imagine being stuvk for more than 8 hours on the road but you have insurance that you pay without fail every month!!! I'm ****ed off at tboer service. I'm definately changing my insurance.
