How long does it take to do something over there? Months? Years? I have been left without a car for a month because you are incapable of correctly assessing my car, you actually lost it and asked ME where it was after your tow truck took it away. Your staff don't bother with the customer unless you hassle them day in and day out, basic information. Any other company would have had my car back on the road. You haven't even approved the repairs, and are saying I need to pay a R4000 excess when I have a zero excess policy :-) Thanks.

I'm now finished with you, will be cancelling my insurance and all my other accounts (35 years) as you clearly do not care about your customers and are unfit to run an insurance division.
