Worst insurance ever

<p>My house has a bond with standard bank so rightfully it belongs to the bank.</p> <p>The side wall started cracking and the insurace have excuses to fix it.</p> <p>I dont get it if it belongs to the bank they should be helping me fix it but they rude and unhelpfull,everyone blames the next person and no one wants to help ,worst insurance i ever came across.</p> <p>AND I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE GETTING WORSE ,THE ATTITUDE I GOT FROM SO CALLED MOHAMED LET IT FALL DOWN,SO I WILL AND 10K WILL COST SB 1MIL.</p> <p> </p>
